bukU Modernist Cuisine began with this phrase:   Then I heard the voice saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

I’m always thinking of bukU, of that place that never close, that never sleep, but also all depend upon who feeds bukU.???? The passion of our team would reflect inside of our doors, we will be the best because of our techniques, innovation and professionalism.

We research all the sources and channels to get the best on food and service. We are the place to be every day. We are happy in working together with our team players. “WE ARE THE BEST TEAM EVER PUT TOGETER, WE ARE FAMILY”!

bukU Modernist Cuisine is freestyle of cooking mix with molecular cuisine from organic origins of fresh ingredients and culture from unique world landscapes. This rediscovers our uniqueness of history and shapes our future as an innovative leader in organic products.

The idea for bukU came up when I try to acquire a fermentation on an age beef. I tried to find information about this new cooking technique, which had been invented in the 1960’s, but found that the process was poorly understood.

We seek to investigate the physical and chemical transformations of ingredients that occur in cooking. Its program includes three axes, as cooking was recognized to have three components, which are social, artistic and technical. bukU modern style of cooking, and takes advantage of many technical innovations from the scientific and art.
